Barbara Mark-Dreyfuss has a passion for writing that dates back to her young life when she wrote poetry for friends and family instead of finding greeting cards. She has published a book of poetry, "Kaleidoscope," and as a result of a long bout with valley fever, a book to aid people who are attempting to heal called "Renewal of Body, Renewal of Spirit." "AMERICA AT LAST" was written for her children and grandchildren, to give them some modicum of information about their unknown family members and some of the challenges they faced. Barbara has had a variety of careers, from retail to radiologic technology to business management and financial consultation, as well as sculpting. She is now retired and living in Scottsdale, Arizona, enjoying the warm weather, after living in Minnesota for many years. Barbara enjoys the arts, playing bridge, spending time with family and friends. She is most appreciative of Skype, as her children and grandchildren live in many parts of the world.
