Wanyi Zhao was the editor-in-chief of Modern Law Science, and was the dean of the School of Civil and Commercial Law of Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He is the vice president of Commercial Law Research Society of China Law Society and the deputy director of Academic Committee of the Research Institute of China Civil Law Society.
