Andy Watson has been investing in real estate ever since his parents, Russ and Dori Watson, bought their first rental house in 1999. After graduating from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Aviation, Andy became an Air Traffic Controller at Cleveland ARTCC (Center) for seven years.
