Ms. Erica is the owner, operator, and lead teacher and job coach as an autism specialist, as well as a transition specialist. She continues to develop the business to encompass all services needed by these individuals God has placed in her path.

Joey Ferrucci, diagnosed with autism at an early age, is a talented artist and author who is interested in developing a career with his talents, thus leading to the micro-enterprise, "Special Art & Books," in which Joey and other talented authors and artists will collaboratively develop educational materials across the board.
