Another Gospel, Another Jesus: Returning to the Christ of Scripture and the Everlasting Gospel (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798188333485)

Another Gospel, Another Jesus is a call to return to the unchanging message proclaimed by Jesus Christ and His apostles. In an age where countless voices claim to represent Christ, this book asks a vital question: Are we believing the Jesus revealed in Scripture, or a Jesus shaped by human tradition, culture, philosophy, personal ambition, or religious systems?
The Apostle Paul warned the Corinthian church that it was possible to receive "another Jesus," "a different spirit," and "a different gospel" (2 Corinthians 11:3-4). Likewise, he declared to the Galatians that anyone who preached a gospel contrary to the one already received stood under God's judgment (Galatians 1:8-9). These warnings were not written merely for the first-century Church-they remain urgently relevant today.
This book carefully examines these apostolic warnings, showing how subtle departures from the truth can gradually replace the sufficiency of Christ. It explores the characteristics of the authentic gospel, exposes the marks of counterfeit teachings, and demonstrates how every false gospel ultimately shifts the believer's confidence away from Christ's finished work and toward something else-human effort, religious performance, personal achievement, mystical experience, material prosperity, legalism, or worldly wisdom.
Rather than focusing on personalities or denominations, this book invites every believer to measure every teaching by the Word of God. The ultimate standard is not popularity, tradition, miracles, or eloquence, but whether Christ Himself remains the center of the message.
Throughout these pages, readers will discover that the true gospel is beautifully simple because it is entirely centered on Jesus Christ-His incarnation, His finished work on the cross, His resurrection, His exaltation, and His indwelling life within His people. The gospel does not call us to improve Christ's work but to believe it, rest in it, and live from it.
Whether you are a new believer, a pastor, a teacher, or a lifelong student of Scripture, this book will challenge you to examine what you believe, deepen your appreciation for the apostolic gospel, and strengthen your resolve to remain steadfast in "the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints" (Jude 3).
My prayer is that as you read, your eyes will be fixed ever more firmly on Jesus Christ-the only Savior, the only Mediator, and the only true Gospel. For where Christ alone is proclaimed, the Church stands secure; but where Christ is replaced, even subtly, deception begins.
May this book encourage you to hold fast to the truth, rejoice in the sufficiency of Christ, and faithfully proclaim the one Gospel that never changes.
