During my action-research, it was possible to observe that different people who practice retrospection and concentration therapy - RCT, in a skillful way, can integrate their emotions with the cognitive process, as they tend to use positive emotions to develop creativity and process information in an integrated way. It is found that these people need less cognitive effort in decision-making, in the conscious processing of information and in the resolution of emotional problems.
