About the Authors
Sabina Darova, cultural mediator. Born in Albania, she has worked in Italy since 2000 to support the integration of her fellow citizens and other migrant communities. She has extensive experience in intercultural education through schools and children's theater, and holds a degree in Language and Literature from the University of Tirana.
Ornella Darova, PhD. Born in Italy, she is a researcher at Harvard University, where she studies the social and economic dimensions of education in multilingual and multiethnic settings. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
This work is the result of a collaboration between mother and daughter.
