August Eichi´s first harvest (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798190694116)

August is a month of change - in nature and for children.

In this calm and beautifully illustrated booklet, Eichi, the 800-year-old oak tree, guides children through the late-summer fields and introduces them to the world of cereal plants.

With real photos, gentle drawings, and clear language, children learn:

- How wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats, einkorn and green spelt grow

- What happens in August during the harvest season

- How cereal plants are built - roots, stalk, leaves and ears

- What farmers observe in the fields

- How nature slowly prepares for autumn

The booklet is designed with a low-stimulus layout, simple sentences, and calm visuals, making it especially supportive for neurodivergent children and children learning German or English.

Perfect for nature education, DaZ/ESL learning, early science, and quiet reading moments at home or in educational settings.
