He knows trouble when he smells it and this beautiful redhead reeks of it...his digging is hampered when he finally meets her, however, taken immediately by her attitude, looks, scent...hell, even the way she seems to know where he is at all times and is intent on staying away from him.
Gaining each other's trust is no easy feat. Especially with the demon in Scarlett's past and the evil in Aiden's present. The two of them have their work cutout for them, that's for sure but, with the help of Aiden's family-and the whole damn town-they might just be able to overcome their problems together.
This story is written in the POVs of both main characters and is not for anyone under the age of 18. Mature audiences are highly recommended for use of foul language, sexual scenes, and some rated cruelty scenes as well.
