Bad Mistakes & Good Intentions: Poems (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798831376838)

Bad Mistakes and Good Intentions chronicles the come down after a mixed bipolar episode that led to both the creation and destruction of a new romantic relationship that had already progressed to engagement. I grapple with my feelings of guilt and shame over hurting someone who only wanted to love me when I was too impaired and undermedicated to realize what was happening. Questioning my own motivations, intentions, and actions, I struggle to move on without the forgiveness I want to experience, even though I'm skeptical that I deserve it.
