Vancouver in the year 2000 has become a drug capital and money-laundering centre. The suspicious death of a banker leads his friend Bolton to help in an RCMP investigation, where he's exposed to drug cartels and money launderers who clean their dirty money through BC casinos. When ex-gangster Al Davis is pulled in to help, he suspects one of the cops on the team is bent. Davis takes things into his own hands, with dire consequences.
