Entries are listed in alphabetical order by town (also in alphabetical order) and give, typically, name, date of event, names of parents, names of children, names of both spouses, and sometimes such items as age, occupation, and place of residence. This volume, the twenty-fourth in the series, is devoted entirely to the town of Lyme and touches on 26,000 early inhabitants.
