Loving ourselves because we are wonderfully created in the image of God can be hindered by the fashion and cosmetic images we are bombarded with daily. But, by learning what the love of God affords us and allowing His love to renew our minds, change our lifestyle, lead, guide, and protect us along the many highways, sharp curves, and detours of life's journey, it becomes our helmet, our seatbelt, our life preserver, and necessary armor. In other words, basking in His multifaceted love, which is the greatest love of all, is guaranteed to give us the victorious life (the abundant life that Jesus Christ, in yet another facet of God's love, endured the cross to give us), eternal life, and life to the fullest. What multifaceted love!
