Be A Bully or Be A Wimp?: Business Structure Depends on This Decision ( But There's A Middle Ground ) (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798181305120)

Be A Bully or Be A Wimp? is a business book about the decision that shapes everything: how you build, protect, and run your company. Most owners end up in one of two traps. They either try to win by force and turn business into a weapon, or they avoid hard choices and leave themselves exposed. This book shows a third path.

That path is the Operator.

The Operator is firm without being cruel, fair without being weak, and strategic without being manipulative. In these pages, you'll learn how the Operator thinks about pricing, negotiation, contracts, hiring, structure, protection, and conflict. You'll see how business structure reflects behavior, why contracts should protect without destroying, and how to build a team that matches your style.

Inside, you'll learn:

• How to spot Bully and Wimp habits in your own business.

• How to price at value instead of fear or force.

• How to negotiate fairly without giving too much away.

• How to use contracts as tools, not traps.

• How to hire people who fit your standards.

• How to use the 3-Step Operator Framework.

• How to measure your progress with the Operator Self-Check.

• How to turn the first 30 days into real change.

If you want a business that wins short and wins long, this book gives you a clear operating philosophy you can apply right away.
