Become Your Best Self: Insights for Finding Meaning in a Modern World (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798346167662)

I started writing in 2020. In this time, I've invested over 20,000, as well as thousands of hours on my personal development. This has been in the form of books, courses, seminars, retreats, and coaching conversations. But most fundamentally, it's been a massive investment of my energy. My aim has to make myself a better person.

This book sets out the main lessons I've gained over the last few years. But this is not by simply listing a bunch of concepts. Instead, it's by relaying my insights in the context of navigating the modern world.

In this period, I had a change of jobs and country - moving from the UK to Belgium permanently. I had to find a job and settle into a new life. Not only this, I've had a seismic journey to better understand myself as well as what I really wanted to do.

I've had to deconstruct much about what I knew about myself, and what I 'should' be. The most recent example was my diagnosis as Autistic in the latter half of 2024.

I share my insights as a prompt for you to change how you live. I want to help you create the best version that you can be. Conceptual understanding of change is nice, but the magic happens once we can see how we can apply these changes in your life. It's for this reason that I share my insights, even if it sometimes feels uncomfortable for me to do so.

I don't expect you to agree or even like what you read (though I hope you do!). I only wish that it prompts further self-inquiry in you. Through that, I hope it'll help you realise your dreams and live the life you really want.

My vow to you is that if you read, reflect and act on the richness of content provided, you will have a profound improvement in numerous different areas of your life.
