There are losses you can name. And others that change you before you notice.
Kamna is now the emperor of the Zhandarian Empire, which stands in the uneasy quiet that follows war. Power has settled, but not securely. Beneath the surface, something continues to shift, as if the world itself has not yet decided what comes next.
At the center of it all is a force that cannot be separated from the one who carries it. The presence known as the Dragon grows stronger, more insistent, pressing against the boundaries of thought and will. What once felt distant now moves closer, shaping perception, and blurring the line between what belongs to Kamna and what does not.
Far to the north, Josef has disappeared into a landscape where memory falters and identity begins to erode. The place he has entered does not forgive weakness and does not return what it takes unchanged. The journey to find him draws others into that same harsh expanse, where the physical dangers are only part of what must be faced. Old wounds resurface, loyalties are tested, and each person is forced to confront the possibility of becoming someone they no longer recognize.
This is a continuation that moves inward as much as it moves forward. It explores what survives when memory is altered, when certainty gives way to doubt, and when the boundaries between self and influence begin to blur. It asks what it means to remain whole when the forces around you seek to reshape you, and whether something that has been fractured can still choose its own form.
Follow the path into the north, where what is found may not be what was lost, and where the cost of holding on becomes impossible to ignore.
