Behavior Follows Identity: The we that runs you (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798177527604)

You think you choose. You mostly protect

You think you follow a person. You follow a name they gave you for yoursely

Behavior Follows Identity is a short, hard book about the self you defend, the sentences that cast you, the tribes that install a "we" in your chest, and the quiet votes that decide who you become.

A kind person in a kitchen becomes a blade in a comment section and says, "That wasn't me.' It was a self. Just not the one they advertise. The room picked the name. The mouth obeyed.

That is the warning under every page: if someone can change the live name, they can change the hands.

This book is for the moment before you hand yourself over - to a leader, a party, a feed, a church, a brand, a grievance, or a machine that talks like a friend. Influence is not only wha happens to other people. You are already somebody's weather.

Inside you will find:

- Why you keep rebuilding the old life while wanting a new one . How "I can't" and "I don't" cast two different people - Why a team can be made out of almost nothing - How your brain writes a noble reason after a raw choice ◦ A field guide for voices in a loud age -TV, feeds, influencers, propaganda, and Al The question that should stop your thumb: do you even know who is steering?

Read it once for the shock. Read it again before you follow anyone.

Think hard before you hand you over.

Behavior follows identity. So choose the identity as if a life depends on it. One does.
