Author Indigo Ocean is the founder of the Phone Buddies emotional support and peer counseling community and former host of the top-rated talk radio show "Together in Spirit" - with guests including Byron Katie, A.H. Almaas, and James Twyman. In addition to a BA from Brown University, Indigo holds an MA from the CA Institute of Integral Studies in Integral Counseling Psychology, a holistic form of psychotherapy that addresses the spiritual and energetic aspects of psychological health.
