Being Knowing Doing: A Life of Observation, Awareness, and Choice (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798246211847)

Right now your brain is generating up to 60,000 thoughts today. Up to 90% are repetitive. Up to 70% are negative. You did not choose them. Yet most people spend their entire lives reacting to them - mistaking the noise of the brain for the voice of the self.

Being Knowing Doing asks one simple question: what if the voice in your head is not you, but merely suggestions for you to consider?

This is not a self-help book. It offers no doctrine, no belief system, no formula for success. Through guided exercises, original illustrations, and a structured journal, it restores what most of us lost around age six - the natural ability to observe our thoughts rather than obey them.

My thoughts are clouds. My mind is blue sky.

Your brain is the problem. Your mind is the natural solution.

Don't let society happen to you.
