BART NOOTEBOOM is Part-time Professor of Innovation Policy at Tilburg University, Netherlands. The author of numerous books and 350 articles he is a member of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences. He was awarded the Kapp, Gunnar Myrdal and Schumpeter prizes.
