In 2007, Lucie B created the first Single Rope Speed competitive Jump Rope Team in New York called the "Rock-It-Ropers" whose first group comprised of 52 Orthodox Jewish children. Lucie B broke down the barriers of race and religion and educated the kids about tolerance, inclusion and respect for all. She has gone on to diversify the team to include all ages, races and religions. Between 2008-2013, the "Rock-It-Ropers" have won numerous National and World Jump Rope Championships. In 2003, Lucie B walked away from a career in Medicine in order to create a business from her unique talents.
