Mehak Kansal is a former property developer turned self-taught chef. After starting a blog to share her recipes, she launched a supper club. She was awarded the 2018 Westfield Food Entrepreneur Award, which saw her scoop the prize of mentorship from renowned Spanish chef Omar Allibhoy of Tapas Revolution, and a pop-up eatery in Westfield White City/Shepherd's Bush in London, which was a sell-out success. After a successful two-year pop-up at Mayfair, Mehak is now the proud founder of the flagship Bindas Eatery at Westfield White City/Shepherd's Bush and sites at Mercato Metropolitano in both Canary Wharf and Mayfair.
