Lightsey have been married for thirty-six years and have served together in ministry since the beginning of their marriage. They are licensed and ordained ministers and the founders of Faith and Favor Ministries, We Be Buds Marriage Educators, and Lightsey Ministries. They have taught and ministered to various groups/churches. Dr. Lightsey earned a BA in English from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Div. and Doctor of Div. from Christian Bible College and Seminary. Rev. Lightsey earned a BA in English and Psychology from Rutgers University and an MBA in Finance from Baker College. They also own an accounting firm: Numbers 2 Numbers Payroll, Accounting, and Tax Service. They reside in the Charlotte, NC area, have two sons and five grandchildren. Website: lightseyministries.org
