Vidhi Kaul, PhD, is a Visiting Faculty at Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan, India. She was
formerly Assistant Professor at S. S. Jain Subodh P. G. Mahila Mahavidhyalaya, Jaipur, India,
as well as at St. Xavier's College, Jaipur, India, where she headed the Department of Business
Administration from 2012-2014. With teaching experience of more than 12 years, she was also
actively involved in student career counseling and has contributed to a book on personality
development. She has published a number of research papers in peer-reviewed journals and
has contributed chapters in books. Dr. Kaul completed her master's and doctorate degrees in
Commerce at the P.G. School of Commerce, University of Rajasthan, India.
