Bone, Gristle and Fat-a compilation of fifty one poems I bundled together in the summer and fall of 2023. Assembling these free verse poems was akin to eating from a massive and varied buffet. The choices were overwhelming at first; review 135 poems written over twelve years. Discovering six themes within this body of work.
