Simon has always been interested in numbers and people. His interest in Organisational Psychology was originally stirred by his tutor at Manchester University, Prof Cary Cooper CBE, and has been applied and developed ever since. His initiatives have benefited a wide range of industries including Manufacturing, Media, Finance, Government, Charity and Technology. The programs use the latest tools and scientific research and range from strategic vision or a simple strengths identification, through to career transition support after a re-structure.
