Shridhar is an application expert of Theory of Constraints (TOC) and shares his time with Goldratt Consulting. His first book, 'Building Manufacturing Competitiveness - The TOC Way' dovetails the TOC approach to dramatically improve performance of manufacturing industry and thereby, unleash economic growth. His second book, 'The Path - Leveraging Operations in a Complex and Chaotic World' is a game changing business novel. He visits, listens, converses, observes and advises teams across Operations. His books contain insights from handholding professionals across multi-locations, in their journey to ever improve impact of operations on business performance. Shridhar is a recognized coach for first generation entrepreneurs and is a part of Indian entrepreneurship ecosystem.
