It's 1979, and Dr. Randall Biedermeier, known as Dr. B, heads the Radiation Oncology Department at the Hobbes VA hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. B has made some progress in correcting these issues but has been flummoxed by strange experiences with his patients. One recently deceased patient has reappeared to him and his staff.
