Calming the Waters: 120 Days to the Intimate Life (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9781456336028)

Each of us is on a path, whether conscious of such path or not, toward wholeness and soul progress. How well we respond to the direction of that path determines our sense of intimacy to all of life. The intimate life is not so much physical as spiritual, mental and emotional, which constitute the other three major aspects of our being. As we calm the waters of our outer world, the inner life becomes more centered upon the truer path of joyous living. This results in better and more purposeful choices that produce harmony and a happier and more prosperous approach to life. The purpose of the 120 days within this book is to act as a guide to the intimate life. And this intimate life is all about finding joy and satisfaction in each choice we make. Each of these days is focused on a topic of internal growth whose goal is to bring more good, more pleasure, more realization of the richer qualities we all have available to us. Calming the waters of life is all about finding the areas of our inner soul activity that need new and more enriching thoughts, words and deeds to produce a greater sense of happiness. That elusive term of happiness is of course an individual concept and varies with each one of us. How well we succeed is our own individual challenge and opportunity. The purpose of these 120 days is to help us find the direction and guidance to achieve that end. May your success be your own personal reward!
