First published in French with the title 'C'est quoi sur l'ardoise?', this 112-page cookbook has proved popular with clients of Le Sens de la Terre and visitors to the friendly town of Pi gut-Pluviers. Said Claire: "You don't need complicated technique or a professional kitchen to make good food. I think people like the fact that these are simple recipes anyone can follow."
