There a lot of things that one doesn't talk about. There are some feelings that we choose to not talk about but there is only so much a person can hold inside. I held it inside for years. Now is the time that I let it go. i wrote this book as a sign of leaving all that behind me.
You never know what a person has been through and what impact that has had on them. In this book, I have tried to explain some complex emotions that we feel but never talk about.
