She has also appeared on UK television, most notably as "Angie Powers" in the BAFTA & AFI award-winning BBC mini-series Bootleg. On the Australian stage, her credits include roles in the professional productions of The Comedy of Errors, Romeo & Juliet, The Clairvoyant, The Auxiliary, Lovepuke and the Australian Premier of the off-Broadway hit I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change at the Athenaeum Theatre, Melbourne amongst others. Australian television credits include Lowdown, Flying Doctors, Neighbours, Fast Forward, Blue Heelers, Tonight Live, Elephant Princess and Comedy Inc. Film credits include Lightbringer, Without A Word, Interchange, Why Must The Show Go On?, Sleeper and the UK feature A Little Rain Must Fall. As a screenwriter, director and producer Sally began her career in production at the BBC and has since written, directed and/or produced a number of successful films and plays under the banner of her production outfit, Incognita Enterprises (successor to Salmac Productions), established in 1997 under the honorary patronage of Oscar(r) nominated British actor, Sir Nigel Hawthorne.
