Steve received his B.S. in Physiology from UC Davis in 1992, and his Master of Physical Therapy from Samuel Merritt College in Oakland, CA in 1995. He is a board certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist and a certified Golf Fitness Instructor from the Titleist Performance Institute. Prior to becoming a Physical Therapist, Steve was an accomplished Division II college football player and was able to play in the NFL and World League Football. Steve understands the highly competitive athlete and ensures his staff delivers the highest quality of service to all of his patients, no matter if they are or are not athletes. At Sport and Spine Therapy of Marin, Steve oversees a staff that were hired because they share his same passion and core values for helping people. Steve's approach to physical therapy and wellness is simple - provide the highest quality of service to the physical therapy patient and wellness client to promote optimal health and function. His deep commitment to patient care has earned him accolades from both patients and referring doctors alike. In his spare time, Steve enjoys hiking and playing golf, but most of all, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and contributing in the local community. Steve is a resident of San Anselmo, CA.
