The Article 368 of the Constitution of India gives the procedure for amending or repealing it. However, this Article cannot be invoked to repeal the same Article. A citizen will be free to repeal it only if he chooses to be cut off from the nation.However, the Indian Parliament abrogated Article 370 of the Constitution of India when Justice Ranjan Gogoi was the Chief Justice of India. The Prime Minister of India lost all his constitutional rights and began to rule India based on the power given to him by the people.
