Jonathan Carr and Nicole Blum -- the husband-and-wife team behind Carr's Ciderhouse in Hadley, Massachusetts -- grow traditional American and European apple varieties, which they use to create distinctive, hand-crafted hard ciders and popular cider-based products following traditional, small-scale production methods.
