Maryam Solaiman has many hobbies. She loves to swim, skate, and play tennis. She even loves to do crazy math homework. At least most of the times. But nothing comes even close to her love for writing. Writing became both a passion and a form of entertainment for her. She especially enjoyed doing research on horses and writing Claudia and Sunny, because she had always wished to ride a horse. Although she has never actually done that(well, she did it only once), writing about Claudia and her good times with Sunny is almost the same for her. She lives in large, comfortable house in San Jose, CA (although not big enough for a horse), with her helpful mom and dad, her inquisitive and supporting little sister, Fatimah, and her lively but annoying brother, Omar.
