Margaret Styles Repath is passionate about interpretation and coaching. She is a Life Member of the National Association for Interpretation. Her inspiring experiences while coaching interpreters and tour guides in Yosemite and Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks led her to complete a two-year program with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and graduated as a Certified Professional Coach. After 27 years of non-profit and National Park Service employment, she started her own business RePath Coaching. She developed The Interpretive Factor model to reveal how internal, and often unconscious, interpretations influence our expectations, decisions, and actions.
