This was done after years of attending various martial arts schools and plunging myself recklessly into dangerous confrontations. The core became Kung Fu, Bujinkan, boxing and Jujitsu. After reading this book hopefully there is a higher awareness and some clever tricks learned by the reader. There is a combination of health, psychological, spiritual and fitness advice. This is the place to be for all interested in mind body and spirit.
