Even though I do not speak Chinese or know much about skiing, through my system, we placed three athletes at the Top 10 in the world in their sport.

A Cognitive Shift is what I call an "A-HA" moment. It is that moment when something changes in the way you think, and you are able to reach the next level, complete a new movement, hit a new PR. Your eyes light up in excitement. These are the moments I lived for, in coaching.
