Chris N.K. Baidoe fell in love with colors during a painting class. At the age of thirteen, he was entranced by the mixture of different colors and the dominance of some over others. The seeds of the story recounted in Coladoe were planted in his head, and he let them grow there for the next fifteen years.

Now, he is finally publishing Coladoe, which combines imaginative storytelling with Baidoe's passion for colors.

Baidoe grew up in Ghana and moved to Brooklyn, New York, in high school. He has since lived in Manhattan, as well as in Cincinnati and Fairfield, Ohio, and Moorhead, Minnesota.
