After military service he moved to upstate New York where he became an Insurance Adjuster, and because of an offer for a higher salary, a new company car and expense account he went to work for GMAC. Mr. Dozier worked in finance and was trained as a collector at GMAC, and he became very proficient at the trade. It seems that every step he took was another round on the latter to prepare him to be successful in Real Estate, so after reading, listening to tapes, and attending many Real Estate courses, it took seven years for him to match his salary and retire before his fortieth birthday.
