Changu was more interested in talking nonsense than in studies. He never did well in college. Yet Mangu proved that whoever is sitting next to him has no effect on studies.
Although these friends had come to college, but in this technological age, they did not have a mobile, but in this third part they have a mobile. Now it has to be seen how mobile affects his friendship and studies.
