Rose was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1960, is the mother of one son, and currently resides in North Carolina. She has had the opportunity to travel and reside in various other states. She holds a Bachelors of Theology, Masters of Divinity and a second Bachelors in Professional Counseling, specializing in Substance Abuse and Addictions. She also holds an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree. She is a licensed and ordained minister who has served in many ministry capacities. Her mandate is to bring forth healing, restoration to those who are hurting and to help men and women to walk out their destiny.
