Before joining UCD, he was a Principal Project Scientist at the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India. His areas of interest include smart functional materials, green chemistry, and sustainable engineering practices in different application sectors. He is the author of numerous scientific articles, including peer-reviewed journal papers, reviews, chapters, and books.
