For five years, he was an instructor at the National Outreach Bible Institute, New Life Church of Charleston, WV. In 1985, heI was impressed by God to write a book about the present day work of the Holy Spirit. That same year, during a church service, God confirmed through the Pastor, by the Spiritual gifts known as the Word of Knowledge and the Word of Wisdom (1Corinthians Chapter 12), that God called him to do it and that the writing was to begin at that time.
