Consciousness: Who is the "I" inside "me"? The Answer to "Who Am I?" - Gita Inspired (Paperback) (ISBN-13: 9798294801564)

"You say this is your body... your mind... your brain.
But if they are yours - who is the one that says 'mine'?"

That single question stands at the heart of Consciousness: Who is the "I" inside "Me"?

This book is inspired by the timeless inquiry of the Bhagavad Gita, where Lord Krishna asks humanity to look beyond body, thought, and identity - not through belief, but through direct understanding.

Written as a contemplative journey rather than religious doctrine, this work explores:

- why the brain is not the self
- how identity is constructed through memory and perception
- why time feels real yet dissolves upon examination
- how fear binds awareness and detachment loosens it
- and what Krishna truly meant when he said, "You are not this body."

Blending Gita-inspired insight with modern reflection on consciousness and self-inquiry, this book does not demand faith.
It invites investigation.

It does not offer instant liberation.
It offers clarity - earned through looking.

For readers drawn to the Bhagavad Gita, philosophy of consciousness, and the enduring question "Who am I?", this book serves as a modern mirror to an ancient truth.
