Ty Francis, PhD. Ty is a leading Organisational Development consultant, coach and facilitator who works internationally on a variety of personal, organisational and social transformation projects. Malcolm Parlett, PhD. Malcolm followed his doctoral work in experimental psychology at Cambridge with research into teaching and learning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Edinburgh University. He co-founded the Gestalt Psychotherapy and Training Institute in the UK, edited the British Gestalt Journal, and was appointed a visiting professor of Gestalt psychotherapy at the University of Derby. In his retirement he has continued with his coaching practice, writing, and editing. He is the author of the book Future Sense: Five Explorations of Whole Intelligence for a World That's Waking Up.
