Robert L. Peck, a well-recognized scientist in the field of energy conversion and storage, has directed the Personal Development Center for nearly 30 years. While heading a laboratory in Industry, in his off-hours he started teaching a special form of meditation free of charge based upon his translations of ancient Sanskrit documents that he studied to explain his early childhood and later mystical experiences.
