You Were Made in the Image of a Creator. So Why Aren't You Building?

Most Christians have been handed one of two stories about wealth. The prosperity gospel promised that faith produces financial blessing - and left millions disillusioned when the formula didn't work. Poverty theology taught that wanting more was worldly, that the truly spiritual person lives with just enough - and left generations of gifted believers burying their talents in jobs that didn't fit their design.

Neither story is true. And neither story is biblical.

Created in the Image of the Creator offers a third way - a framework that connects who God made you to be with what you are supposed to build with your life.

Rich Abbott spent decades in pastoral ministry, then lost over $150,000 to cryptocurrency theft and recovery scams while trying to rebuild at an age when most people are winding down. He didn't arrive at these ideas from a penthouse. He arrived at them from a mobile home in Manitoba, rebuilding from scratch, forced to confront a question he had been avoiding his entire life:

If God gave me creative gifts, why have I never built anything lasting with them?

The answer led him to a framework that is theological, psychological, and practical - one that connects the imago Dei to the practical act of building wealth in the marketplace.

Part One - Identity: Why Genesis opens with making, not ruling. What it means to be made in the image of a Creator. Why stewardship demands multiplication, not burial. And why both the prosperity gospel and poverty theology are distortions of biblical truth.

Part Two - Discovery: A hands-on excavation process to identify your specific God-given design. Why spiritual gifts are whole-life design indicators - not just for Sunday ministry. Plus access to a free Spiritual-Creative Assessment that maps your gifting, personality, and creative economic pathways into a personalized report delivered to your inbox.

Part Three - Application: How to map your gifts to real marketplace problems. How to shift from a time-for-money mindset to an asset-building mindset. What practical wealth-building pathways look like for every major gift profile. And how to build a compound life that blesses generations beyond your own.

• You sense you were made for more but have never had permission to pursue it
• You feel guilty about wanting to build wealth as a Christian
• You have been burying your gifts in work that doesn't fit your design
• You have taken every personality test available and still don't know what to do with the results
• You are starting over - at thirty, forty, fifty, or sixty-five - and refuse to believe your best creative years are behind you

This is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It is not the prosperity gospel repackaged. It is a framework built by a man who lost everything and rebuilt - and discovered in the process that the creative capacity God placed in him was the most valuable asset he had ever possessed.

God did not make you to live a small life. He made you in the image of a Creator. It's time to build.
