Creating Calm in the Midst of Chaos . . .
Many years ago, while in a session with my therapist, I was detailing how much my life felt out of control. I found myself talking about my failing marriage, the stress I was experiencing at work, my strained finances, the loss of my dream home, and my uncertain future.
